Refund Policy – Oil Painting Pros

Here at Oil Painting Pros we want you to have a great learning experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, rest assured that we have a guaranteed refund policy in place that lasts 7 days from the date of purchase.

If for any reason you decide to return the course within 7 days of the purchase date, you will receive all of your money back – no questions asked. However, if 7 days have passed since the purchase date, we can’t offer you a refund.

To initiate your refund please contact [email protected] and you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. If you do not receive your refund confirmation email within 48 hours, please contact us again. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Your refund will be reinstated in your account within 7-14 days. Please note that some banks may take longer. If you don’t receive your refund within this time frame, please give your bank a call.

Oil Painting Pros reserves the right to refuse refunds to students who abuse this refund policy and there are certain situations where refunds are not granted. Some examples are, but are not limited to:

Requesting refunds for multiple courses or requesting refunds in consecutive months.
If there is proof that the purchaser has illegally under copyright law shared content from the website, or shared their login with others who have not paid for the course themselves.
Any course that is returned more than 7 days after purchase.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Oil Painting Pros reserves the right to modify, suspend, or alter its refund policy, at its sole discretion. When you return a course, your access into the course may be disabled.
